| I was very excited after I drew this one. It was a drawing for another school project in Junior English over a period of poetry that was happening during the Civil War. Lincoln was drawn with a mechanical pencil on poster board. The shading is not too bad, but without drawing pencils I was limited to a narrow choice of shades of grey. The contrast that I was going for could not be achieved so easily with a mechanical pencil. He's not showing much expression, but it was good for me at the time. |
